The soft cloth original packaging is specifically designed to care for your Swarovski crystal and jewelry and not cause any scratches. Using any other container or cloth to store your Swarovski crystal may cause them to be scratched.

2.    Regularly polish and clean your Swarovski crystals and jewelry with a soft cloth (please ensure it is lint free) to maintain the lustre and finish. You can also use lukewarm water to clean your Swarovski crystal, however do not ever soak your Swarovski crystals or jewelry in water. Gently pat dry with a soft lint free cloth to maximize the brilliance.
